Private and Semi-private sessions are a wonderful way to be introduced to YOGA and get a personal class designed just for you and your needs. Each session is developed to help you reach your personal goals whether you are looking for flexibility, balance, strength, inner peace or all of the above.
Small Group Yoga classes are for those people who prefer to practice yoga with just a few other students, enabling them to have more personalized attention than a larger group affords. Small Group Yoga classes are customized to meet the needs of each person in the group, wile still in a group setting. I teach yoga because I believe in each person’s capacity to feel healthy and strong, and I want to help people realize that potential. We stress as much as we allow ourselves.
