Yoga as a healing modality helps clients to more completely understand their bodies’ abilities, and how better posture and movement can help to alleviate aches and pains. It also emphasizes respect of each person’s challenges and uniqueness, that progress can be made in the subtlest of ways, and how to safely stretch and strengthen the body into better health.
